Refund policy

If you’re not happy with something you purchased from us, for any reason, then you can return it, and we’ll be happy to exchange or refund it for you.  Items must be unworn, and in their original condition, toys and accessories must still be sealed.

If we’ve sent you the wrong thing, or if something is faulty, we’re really sorry. You can contact me at alex@j-lube.nz - you may also call or text us on 021 0892 4529.

You’ve got 30 days to make the return, and we will refund the return shipping cost on all returns.
